Terroir and quality of products

The researchers involved in CRISP have been dealing with the evaluation of the territory and the quality of the agricultural products produced there for years. The procedures carried out range from classic land use capacity studies to advanced viticultural zoning procedures aimed at precision and quality agriculture. In these contexts, the entire chain of evaluation procedures (from the field to the final report) are carried out within the CRISP, from the field pedological investigation (opening, sampling and description of soil profiles) to processing in a GIS environment.
